Services Overview:

I am a massage therapist of 5 years, a fitness professional of 4 years, and an EMT/Volunteer Firefighter.  I value service, through sharing my knowledge, and passion for wellness. Health is a GIFT. My goal is to share this gift to as many as we can.  And I say we, because nothing is ever accomplished by one.  The gift of life is a beautiful thing. I challenge you to take responsibility for your own health, and enjoy the journey.  If you embrace this process, in time, it will naturally flow.

Massage Therapy:

I am state certified through the Denver School of Massage Therapy. I am available for in home and outcall services. My rates are competitive, and my service is exceptional. I love this element of wellness, because with all the stress from life/family, the economy, and strain on the active body, massage therapy helps to find relaxation, and that “feel good space.”  Most of my clients request Deep Tissue/Trigger point therapy. This modality targets points of stress and strips the muscle of tension.  This is not an evasive therapy.  It is a good hurt.  But as with everything else, consistency is the key to success.  Massage is meant to supplement your health program and promote wellness, by increasing flexibility, detoxification and decreasing joint and muscle stiffness and pain. I am also trained in Swedish, Sports Massage, and injury prevention massage.

Personal Training:

I am a fitness professional through NASM, the National Academy of Sports Medicine with the OPT, Optimum Performance Training, the PES, Performance Exercise Specialist, and the CES Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also certified with Nike SPARQ, Apex and the 24 Hour Fitness in home certification.  Fitness is my passion and a way of life. Pick me to help get you started!
